As a userof the software “DataCEO” (SaaS) provided by Steeryo Software GmbH, you agree to comply with the following general terms and conditions (GTC's):

• Access and Use: You have the right to access and use the software according to the agreed-upon license terms. Any unauthorized use or sharing of access credentials is prohibited.
• Data Security and Privacy: You are responsible for the security of your access credentials and the management of user accounts. Ensure that your data is adequately protected and accessed only by authorized individuals.
• License Restrictions: The software and its contents are the property of Steeryo Software GmbH and are protected by copyright and other laws. Reproduction, distribution, or modification of the software without explicit permission is prohibited.
• Service Level Agreements: Steeryo strives to ensure high availability of the software. However, we cannot guarantee continuous and uninterrupted availability.
• Support and Updates: Steeryo provides regular updates and support to ensure the functionality of the software and assist you with any questions or issues.
• Content Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the content you share or upload using the software. Ensure that you do not distribute unlawful, defamatory, or confidential information.
• Termination of Use: Steeryo reserves the right to terminate the provision of the software and your usage rights in case of violation of these GTC's or the license terms.
• Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Steeryo Software GmbH be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the software.
• Changes to GTC's: Steeryo Software GmbH reserves the right to modify these general terms and conditions at any time. Notifications of changes will be provided to you in a timely manner.
• Applicable Law: These agreements are subject to the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, as Steeryo Software GmbH is based in Germany.
